Everything was great, I enjoyed exceptionally comfortable rooms. The host was always available. It was located in a secure area next to good transport links, the grocery store, and the airport,:)))

the owners were so kind, even bringing us a plate of fruit to welcome us. the suite was clean and quiet, and although the double bed was smaller than expected, the overall experience was great. the amenities were impressive, with a large TV room and a Japanese Tea room. the hosts even provided snacks and bottled water for us.

I highly recommend Van Nest Near Yvr Ubc Downtown for a lovely stay. Cons: Nothing could have been better!

Clean, quiet, lovely fruit plate welcoming us, though bed was double not queen. Nice amenities available like full-screen TV, small fridge, toaster, bread, and milk. Great for families with trampoline, pool, and hot tub. Made us feel like family, definitely recommend and will return.

I recently stayed at Van Nest in Vancouver for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hostess was incredibly nice and made sure to answer all of my questions. The house was clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The small plate of fruit they delivered to welcome us was a nice touch. The location was convenient, with easy access to Granville Island via the nearby bus. The amenities, including the spacious TV room and Japanese Tea room, were a pleasant surprise. The owners even provided snacks and bottled water for their guests, and brought us fresh fruit to enjoy by the poolside. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The location of this hotel is not ideal, as there are limited stores and restaurants nearby. Although there is a grocery store within walking distance, it may not be convenient for everyone.

Cecilia, the owner, was incredibly hospitable and the property exceeded our expectations. the home was beautiful and well-maintained, with great amenities like a trampoline, pool, and hot tub. Cecilia even provided snacks, bottled water, and fresh fruit for us to enjoy. Our son loved having another child to play with, and the proximity to the airport made our early morning departure much easier. We felt like part of the family and would definitely recommend this homestay to others. Cons: Can't think of anything 🤷‍♀️.
